Extension of the contract

You want to extend your contract:

You need your TOKEN number .
You can apply online for the extension of the contract With the TOKEN Number, which you have received by mail from the SEVE Student Accommodation six weeks before the end of the contract.

 

How can I apply online for extending my contract?:

All you have to do is:

  • Log on in the system to extend the contract: please enter your student number in the “User name” field and enter ;
  • Enter your TOKEN Number ;
  • Select the extension period;
  • Confirm it.
 

An e-mail confirming the receipt of the demand of your contract’s extension will be sent.

You will then receive an e-mail inviting you to come to sign the contract.

 

The lease can be extended only if:

  • All the rent has been paid;
  • You are re-enrolled for the following semester, meaning you are online re-enrolled and you have paid the fees.
  • You have provided SEVE Student Accommodation with a certificate issued by your insurance company showing that you hold a "home insurance" policy. / The SEVE Student Accommodation has received payment of the SIP Supplementary Insurance policy purchase payment.
