Procedure and contact

Prior to any placement, students must apply for a placement agreement (clearly indicating whether for a regulated or voluntary placement, depending on the period in which the placement is scheduled), which is an agreement that is binding on the student, host organisation and the university.
This application must be sent by e-mail to the placement coordinator. Please remember to attach the duly completed checklist ( download here ). It is mandatory to send this document to the placement coordinator, who will check the information provided, ensure that the application is processed and prepare the agreement.
The student, host organisation and director of studies sign the placement agreement in triplicate. Each party receives one copy.

The placement coordinator must be advised of any changes regarding the time of the placement or location (host organisation or host department within this organisation), so that the placement agreement can be amended accordingly, and the amended agreement sent to the parties which have signed the agreement.
