Organisation
The Centre brings together university researchers from different faculties to carry out interdisciplinary research and PhD education in Security, Reliability and Trust. Also, the Centre serves as an interface to external partners such as industries, government bodies, institutions, and international partners with an interest in this research field.

A Centre Advisory Board, chaired by the Rector of the University of Luxembourg advises the Rector on the Centre’s activities (strategy, yearly plan, budget, monitoring, review, etc.). A Scientific Advisory Board reviews the activities of the Centre and provides input and recommendations on future activities. The Director is appointed by the university board of governors and is responsible for the day-to-day management.

The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) brings together representatives from Centre partners. The IAB advises the Centre management on strategic issues and provides a platform for launching joint research projects. Research activities are primarily carried out in three application areas covering Security, Reliability and Trust in:
- Enterprise Security
- Services and Content including e-Government
- Communication and Network Infrastructures
