Figur 1: Governance of SnT

A Centre Advisory Board, chaired by the Rector of the University of Luxembourg advises the Rector on the Centre’s activities (strategy, yearly plan, budget, monitoring, review, etc.). A Scientific Advisory Board reviews the activities of the Centre and provides input and recommendations on future activities. The Director is appointed by the university board of governors and is responsible for the day-to-day management.

Figur 2: Organisation of SnT

The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) brings together representatives from Centre partners. The IAB advises the Centre management on strategic issues and provides a platform for launching joint research projects. Research activities are primarily carried out in three application areas covering Security, Reliability and Trust in:

  1. Enterprise Security
  2. Services and Content including e-Government
