Antonia Margherita is a scientific support staff member for the Center for Research in Economic Analysis (CREA) at the University of Luxembourg since November 2009.

She graduated in Economics at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium (2003). From 2004 to 2007, she worked as project officer for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for Eurostat, European Commission. She also worked for a private company (Sogeti Luxembourg S.A.) as Statistical consultant/Head of project from 2007 to 2009.

Currently, she is involved in international migration research. She coordinates the impala project for the Luxembourg team whose aim is to build a database on migration policies comparable across countries; a joint project of Luxembourg, Harvard, Amsterdam, Sydney and the LSE.
