Aleksandra Pajic joined the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance as an assistant and doctoral candidate in October 2010. Her thesis focuses on bank resolution and  bank insolvency law , especially on bank failures in the times of crisis.

Prior to her doctoral research project, she received LL.M.(Finance) degree from the Institute for Law and Finance at J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in 2010, and law degree from the University of Novi Sad (Serbia) in 2007. She gathered her practical experience in governmental office and law offices in Serbia and Germany.
