RISC Consortium
The Consortium for Comparative Research on Regional Integration and Social Cohesion (RISC) is a cross-regional, interdisciplinary, and multi-lingual network of socially conscious and prestigious research institutes in Europe, North America, South America and Africa which is based in the IPSE Research Unit (in the Laboratoire de Sciences Politiques) at the Université du Luxembourg. Its mission is to promote the comparative examination of the human and environmental impacts of various aspects of regional integration across geographic areas and time periods through the creation of a cross-regional and interdisciplinary network. The consortium presently offers:
- § A book series (P.I.E.- Peter Lang)
- § A Journal (Berghahn Journals)
- § Annual Conferences
- § Workshops/Symposia
- § Young Scholar Mobility Grants
- § A prize for the Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation related to social cohesion topics
- § Faculty exchanges
