Description: In the context of the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5) from the European
Commission, CESIJE participated in this study on the public service jointly with five other countries
(Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Poland). The principal objective of this collaborative
project was to develop methodological approaches to compare qualitative and quantitative data in
the public services through the example of six countries.
