Evaluation of the project "Securing and controlling quality in the work of the open youth centres in Luxembourg"

  Evaluation des Projekts "Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle in der Arbeit der   Jugendhäuser in Luxemburg"

  Description:  The Ministry of Family and Integration and the National Youth Service (Service
  National de la Jeunesse - SNJ)  took the initiative to develop an instrument of self-evaluation for the
 open youth centres in Luxembourg. In this context, self-evaluation can be understood as a process
 aimed at collecting and analysing relevant information about the complex subject of quality and
 quality assurance in the open youth centres. The project started in 2002 in cooperation with the
  Entente des gestionnaires des maisons de jeunes , CESIJE asbl and IKAB eV. The University of
 Luxembourg has taken responsibility for the monitoring and controlling of the self-evaluation
 process since November 2007 and has adapted and developed the instruments and procedures of
 the evaluation.
