  Description:  The training system of the catholic scout movement LGS was the evaluand of this
 project. The project was designed to evaluate and assess the procedures, methods and
 performance of the trainings offered by the organisation to the future chief scouts. The programme
 evaluation identified the needs, problems and opportunities associated with the training. The aim of
 the evaluation was to help stakeholders improve the training programme in order to meet more
 precisely the needs of its beneficiaries.
