Interim evaluation of the "Youth in action" programme (2007-2013) in Luxembourg

Description:  "Youth in action" is the successor of the YOUTH Programme (2000-2006). It is an EU
Programme for young people aged 15-28 years (in some cases 13-30 years), aiming at the
development of active citizenship, solidarity and tolerance among young Europeans. The interim
evaluation will assess all actions and sub-actions of the Programme, taking into account
management and content-related aspects (dimensions of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and
sustainability). This exercise will be carried out both at European and national level. Based on these
assessments and analyses, the evaluation process will provide recommendations and guidance on
how to improve the implementation and completion of the Programme.
