  "Wunnéngshëllef" (Support for housing): A changing institution - Analysis of experiences,
  interests and motives of the staff as a basis for concept and strategy development

  Description:  The combination of assisted living and social monitoring as it is conducted by the
 association "Wunnéngshëllef" is unique within Luxembourg. Their system of coordination and
 organisation has never been explained and systematized theoretically until now.
 The project aimed to evaluate the activities and processes of the "Wunnéngshëllef" and determine
 the exact nature of the association's work. The project intended to set out the "Wunnéngshëllef"
 approach and to clarify and systematize the concept of assisted living. For this purpose the project
 used the instrument of a formative and participative evaluation. It hopes to encourage collaboration
 between internal and external participants of the "Wunnéngshëllef", thus profiting the development
 of the association.
