FNR SECOM - RESIST
Towards a Secured, Efficient Platform for the e-Commerce of Personalized Health Products
The improvement of the citizens’ quality of life and comfort, in particular by improving medical services, is a priority for Luxembourg and for Europe in general. This priority is notably reflected within the e-health program of the European Commission, defined within FP5 or FP6 projects.
However, given the complexity of the problem and the youth of this work, the suggested solutions do not yet provide a satisfying support in particular for the development of personalized, secured and reliable services.
The objective of the RESIST project is to contribute to this issue, by identifying, characterizing and prototyping the fundamental constitutive elements of a platform, thus facilitating rigorous and stepwise engineering of secured and reliable software systems that offer personalized functions dedicated to inform, to follow-up and to remotely treat the citizens.
The RESIST project is defined and is being carried out in collaboration with the CRP Henri Tudor – SANTEC team .
