opTimal Adaptive infoRmation manaGemEnT over the web

Since the introduction of the World Wide Web by Tim Berners-Lee in the early Nineties, and more recently the definition and the promising results of the semantic Web, the interest for concepts and tools that can improve the representation and the extraction of Web information only increase.
This PhD project aims at improving Web information retrieval by integrating Web data evolution, users knowledge evolution and search domain evolution.
