Teaching

We are involved in the

Master in Integrated Systems Biology (académique)  and the
Bachelor en sciences de la vie (académique) .

Especially within the following courses:

  • BASV4.5/5.4: Biostatistiques 1 + 2 (summer / winter term)
  • BASV6.4: Biotechnology & Environment (summer term)
  • ISB102: Practicals in Mathematics and Bioinformatics (summer term)
  • ISB701: Introduction to Systems Biology (summer term)
  • ISB702: Practicals in Systems Biology I (summer term)
  • ISB703: Advanced Systems Biology (winter term)
  • (ISB704: Top Down Systems Biology (winter term))

Additional information for ISB102/701/702:

  • There will be lectures and free exercises in alternation, within 9h-17h. The actual time schedule will depend on how fast we can proceed through the exercises. This means that there might also be lectures during the afternoon.
  • The last week of the courses in June will be devoted to a free modeling project. This should ideally be linked to your later Master thesis project (if you already have decided upon one).
  • If you already now would like to start with reading: Book chapters Klipp et al, chapter 2 (Modeling of Biochemical Systems) will be relevant for the course.
