The lease may be signed and the keys issued only on two conditions :

♦ You have actually registered with SEVE Studies, i.e. you have obtained your student identity card.

♦ You have confirmed the reservation of your room by paying the guarantee deposit.

♦ You can go to SEVE Student Accommodation to sign the lease and to get the keys as of the starting date of the lease indicated in the reservation.
