Une assurance multirisque

♦ Each student must take out WITHOUT FAIL, comprehensive insurance coverage, including theft and civil liability.

Each student shall be liable to the other residents as well as to SEVE Student Accommodation for any damages that he or she may cause.

Any detected wear and tear or loss (in particular of keys) will be subject to an estimate by SEVE Student Accommodation and the amount will be payable by the student.

♦ Insurance coverage for rental risks (water, fire and electrical damage) is included in the monthly rent.
