Period of residence of the lease

♦ A lease is concluded for the winter and summer semester for a 5-month period.

♦ If the tenant wants to keep the room for the summer, the lease can be extended for two months .

♦ The lease begins at the 1st or the 16th of the month .

♦ The minimum rent duration is ONE month.

Calendar :

Winter semester:

  • From 1st of September to 31st of January
  • From 16th of September to 15th of February

Summer semester :

  • From 1st of February to 30th of June
  • From 16th of February to 15th of July

Summer period :

  • From 1st July to 31st of August
  • From 16th July to 15th of September

♦ The maximum period of residence may not exceed the period of studies.

♦ If the departure coincides with the examination period, the lease can be extended at the tenant’s written request.
