RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR UNIVERSITY RESIDENCES:

Peace and quiet:

The resident must always occupy the room with due diligence. (+ more)

Residence:

Residents are not allowed to make any alterations likely to change the shape, composition and type of furnishings placed at their disposal by the Student Accommodation Unit, (+ more)

Common areas:

The common areas, and in particular the entrance halls, stairways, landings, corridors, etc. (+ more)

Animals:

Trash removal / recycling:

Properly sealed rubbish bags shall be systematically placed in the containers provided for that purpose, (+ more)

Safety guidelines:

Residents shall under no pretext access the roof and walk there. (+ more)

Extension and readmission:

Liability:

Residents must, without fail, take out multi-risk insurance that covers in particular theft and civil liability. (+ more)

Sanctions:

If the rules of procedure and the lease are not complied with, the resident shall, depending on the seriousness of the violation, be liable for the sanctions set out below. (+ more)
