What are the deadlines to be met?
A new questionnaire must be completed for each academic year.
For annual registrations and registrations in the Winter semester:
- fill in your questionnaire online via the www.cedies.lu site ("Aide Fi" link), or ask for the questionnaire in writing by 31 October of the academic year in question at the latest.
- Send back the e-aidefi letter, or the completed questionnaire, plus the required documents before 30 November
Students with half-yearly registrations and who have obtained financial aid for the winter semester, must either
- complete a Summer semester extension online via www.cedies.lu (e-Aide Fi) (Warning: this is only possible if the student has applied for the Winter semester in the same way)
- put in an application for an extension (simple handwritten application) before 31 March.
The registration certificate relating to the summer semester must be sent to the CEDIES as soon as possible and no later than 31 July.
For new registrations for the SUMMER semester
- fill in your questionnaire online or ask for the questionnaire before 31 March
- send back the e-aidefi letter or the questionnaire before 30 April
