Who can benefit from the financial aid?

All students registered in a course of post-secondary, higher or university studies and who comply with the following conditions of nationality:

• to be a Luxembourg national and to live in Luxembourg,
• to be a national of a European Union member country, to live in Luxembourg and to come within the scope of EEC regulation No 1612/68 regarding the free circulation of workers within the Community,
• to be a national of third party States or a stateless person, living in Luxembourg for at least 5 years and holding a secondary education diploma recognised as being equivalent by the Ministry of National Education,
• to be a political refugee in Luxembourg and to be living in Luxembourg.
