Incoming students - International agreements (Global exchange programme)

If you are coming to study at the University of Luxembourg in the framework of an International inter-university exchange agreement, all you have to do is:

Before you leave

Be officially nominated by your home institution;
Complete carefully the form we will send you by email;

All these documents must be sent by post to:

Note: fax or email will be excluded from consideration.

For the winter semester: by 1 Mai
For the summer semester: by 15 September

Your university will receive a certificate of acceptance.

When you arrive in Luxembourg

Go to the SEVE Mobility to carry out the last stages of your registration (student card...);
Apply for your residence permit;
Draw up the learning agreement that stipulates the courses you will take at the University of Luxembourg (consult the course offerings at the University of Luxembourg)
