Welcome Office

The administrative enrollment is managed by the Student Service (Service des Études et de la Vie Étudiante - SEVE) .

The admissions/registrations office will be your privileged contact point for all matters related to the administrative follow-up of your enrollment (progress on your enrollment file, various administrative procedures, modifications, payment...).

If you need more information about the procedures and administrative steps concerning your enrollment (acknowledgment of diplomas, documents to be joined to your application), please check the Info from A to Z button.

Opening hours Admissions/Registrations office is open:

  • Bachelors - Masters - Vocational Training & Lifelong Learning - Guest student: Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 16:00 (closed mornings)

From 1st July to 30 September 2019, the admission office will be open from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 16.00, Monday to Friday.

EXCEPTIONAL OPENING ON 14th AND 15/09/2019 FROM 09.00 TO 12.00 AND FROM 13.00 TO 17.00 !

  • Office of Doctoral Studies (BED): Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm (closed afternoons)
