In collaboration with a leading global industry partner, we are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to support the operations research activities in sustainable supply chain management at the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL).

The research conducted by this post-doctoral researcher will be in the area of sustainable/carbon efficient supply chain design. The idea of the project is to to develop methodologies and a prototype tool that decision makers can use to make fact-based trade-offs between profitability and sustainability for complex value chains in uncertain business environments.

The industry partner will provide real data and their network will be used as a case-study for the proposed methods. The successful candidate will therefore work closely with both researchers at the LCL and selected experts at the partner company.
