On 7 July, the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance hosted the FDEF Summer Cocktail Get Together for staff members and partners at the Weicker Building (Kirchberg Campus). This was the first get together after two years of restrictions due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
For some of our staff members, the 2022 FDEF Cocktail was the first opportunity to meet in-person their colleagues, whom they only had known through online meetings and emails.
It was also a great place and time to meet, thank, and network with partners and guest lecturers.
During her opening speech the Dean of the faculty, Prof. Katalin Ligeti said: “We are here to celebrate not only the end of another successful academic year. In fact, it is an opportunity to look back on the last three years, to see and acknowledge everyone’s hard work and our joint efforts that have led to significant developments at our faculty, marking true milestones for our students, professors, colleagues, and external partners alike”.
We would like to thank all our staff members and partners who attended the event. We had a great time seeing everyone and catching up!
