International / Non-EU Applicants

Immigration procedures to Luxembourg can be rather lengthy. To ensure all administrative procedures are completed on time, international applications take place earlier than national and EU applications, generally about 9 months prior to the start of the programme you are applying for. Make sure you find out about the University's eligibility criteria before you apply.

International / Non-EU Applicants: Legally Required Documents

All international applications must contain:

  • a copy of the diploma or the certificate of achievement (with apostille or double legalisation) AND a certified translation if they are written in a language other than French, German or English;
  • a copy of all the transcripts obtained for the diploma (with apostille or double legalisation) AND a certified translation if they are written in a language other than French, German or English;
  • proof of proficiency in the languages of instruction in the programme (please read our guidelines about the Language Requirements for International/Non-EU Students).

International / Non-EU Applicants: Deadlines

  • Online Application: 01.02.2023-30.04.2023.
  • File submission deadline: 07.05.2023.
