Student feedback

The student viewpoint is essential for improving student experience. That’s why the quality initiative is predicated on partnership with students in learning. The FSTC actively seeks out student feedback and recommendations regarding their course, programme and assessment experiences to improve the learning environment. Student feedback takes one of several forms:

  • Student feedback (qualitative) through focus groups
  • Student participation in programme advisory committees (PAC)
  • Student feedback through the FSTC online forum and regular meetings with Faculty student representatives
  • Student course evaluations
  • Recent graduate surveys
