Dave Van der Meer received his Master’s degree from the University of Luxembourg, in 2022. His thesis was in visual Simultaneous Localisation And Mapping and as part of his doctoral studies, he continues his research while focusing on lunar environments. Dave joined the Space Robotics research group, SpaceR, headed by Prof. Miguel Olivares Mendez and he will be advised by the latter.
