About the lease contract

  • The rental unit is the duration of one month.
  • The lease contract begins on the 1st (from the first to the last day of one month) or 16th (16th of one month up to 15th of following month).
  • The lease contract must be signed per semester.

Signing of the lease contract and handing over of the keys

The signing of the rental contract as well as the handing over of the key is carried out in our front office, accessible exclusively by appointment via Affluences

For organisational reasons, the accommodations are only available from 16.00 on the day the keys are handed over.

Entry to the accommodation takes place at the earliest at 16:00 on the first day of the contract (depending on the contract, either the 1st* or the 16th of the month*).

*Exception: If the 1st or 16th of the month falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the move-in is only possible on the next working day (except Saturday) following the start of your lease.

It is not possible to collect the key and move in outside office hours. If you arrive in the evening, on a weekend or on a public holiday, you will have to find a temporary solution off-campus.

The signing of the lease and the handing over of the keys are only possible if:

  • Your enrolment at SEVE Admissions is completed, i.e. you have obtained your student card;
  • You have confirmed the booking of the accommodation by paying the deposit and the first month's rent.
  • You have provided SEVE Logement with a certificate of your home insurance
