Study programme

> Course languages: German/French/English

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology follows the recommendations of the German Society for Psychology (DGPs) and was, in 2017, one of the first Bachelor's degree programmes in psychology to receive the quality label ofthe DGPs.

The accreditation institute Acquin has stated after an assessment in 2021  that the Bachelor of Science in Psychology fully meets the standards and guidelines for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015).

What is psychology?

Psychology as a science is concerned with human behaviour, experience, and consciousness. It explores individual development throughout the lifespan as well as their inner and outer causes and conditions. Its objective is a better understanding of the human being. The preoccupation with scientific methods and results in the Bachelor en Psychologie constitutes the fundamental qualification for the later professional activity within the field of psychology.
