The members of the Criminal Law group provide courses on criminal law in both the Bachelor and the Master Programmes.

The Master Programme in ‘European Economic and Financial Criminal Law’ is at the centre of the criminal law teaching. This bilingual programme provides master students with specialised courses in European and international criminal law as well as economic and financial criminal law. The programme also offers a broad range of comparative criminal law courses.

A large number of the most distinguished Luxembourgish and international scholars and practitioners in criminal law teach in both the Bachelor and Master programmes.
