
European Public Law
The Centre for European Law – founded in July 2006 within the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxemburg – concentrates the research activities of the University in the field of European Union (EU) public law with its comparative and international elements. The objective of the Centre for European Law is to promote rigorous scientific research, developing an innovative European, transnational, comparative and inter-disciplinary approach, in order to analyse:
Its research team are multilingual and open to interdisciplinary methods. Researchers have experienced working and operating in multiple jurisdictions. All are offered a unique research framework thanks to the proximity of the European Court of Justice of the European Union and other European institutions gathered in a European capital with a financial centre: Luxembourg.
