Jan Oupický

Jan Oupický received his Master's degree from the Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic), in 2022. His Master's thesis was on the topic "Theoretical foundations of cryptosystems based on isogenies of supersingular elliptic curves". His research interests are in cryptography, focusing on elliptic curve cryptography. For his PhD degree he will be researching the migration to post-quantum cryptography. Jan joined the Applied Security and Information Assurance research group, APSIA, headed by Prof. Peter Y. A. Ryan and he will be advised by the latter.
