Application procedure from 1 February 2023
Steps to submit an application for admission:
- Choose one or max. 3 study programmes
- Complete and submit the online application form
- Payment of the administrative file fee if requested (50€ per application)
- Receive an automatic email to create a temporary account
- Upload the documents required for the chosen study programme(s)
- Submit your online application
The maximum number of study programmes and fields of study for which simultaneous applications for admission can be submitted is 3 (Study Regulations, Chapter 1, Art. 1).

Stages of your application:
- The SEVE (Service des Études et de la Vie Étudiante) checks the eligibility and completeness of your application
Depending on the status of the application, the SEVE will- reject the application that does not meet the admission criteria
- request missing documents from the applicant
- forward the file to the evaluation committee of the study programme concerned
- The SEVE transfers the eligible and complete application to the evaluation committee of the study programme concerned
- The SEVE will communicate their decision to you
Depending on the assessment of the selection committee, the SEVE informs you of- your final admission
- your conditional admission
- the placement of your application on the waiting list
- your rejection
- Payment of enrolment fees
The payment of the enrolment fee validates your definitive registration. Your student status is then official and maintained throughout the semester concerned.
Payment is only possible when all criteria and conditions are met.
