While we had to postpone the traditional graduation ceremony in December, we are happy to offer an alternative to celebrate your achievement.
Graduation ceremonies for Bachelor & Master students - 11 May 2021
The University of Luxembourg is pleased to share the moment of your virtual graduation ceremony for Bachelor & Master students on Tuesday, 11 May 2021. The event will be streamed live online.
The graduation ceremonies of the three Faculties will take place in three time slots:
14.00-15.00: Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine
16.00-17.00: Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences
18.00-19.00: Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance

The PhD Graduation ceremony takes place virtually on Wednesday, 12 May 2021 from 17.00-18.30. The event will be streamed live online, with only a few invited participants in the room.

| You can find all relevant information regarding your journey on the Belval Campus information page. As paid parking space is limited, we advise you to use public transportation. Go online to www.mobiliteit.lu for more information and timetables of trains. Thank you for taking heavy traffic during rush hours into consideration as it could delay your arrival. | How can I get my diploma? |
| All diploma have be sent to the Bachelor & Master graduates by mail. PhD graduates have been contacted individually. Diplomas were/will be either handed out personally (upon appointment with the office of doctoral studies) or sent by mail. For more information please contact: phdstudies@uni.lu |
| Which language is my diploma in? |
| Diplomas are issued in English, French and German. |
| How can I get a certified copy of my diploma? |
| For BA/MA graduates: Please bring your original diploma to SEVE Admission. A certified copy will be established. For PhD graduates: A certified copy can be obtained anywhere at a notary’s office. The University can provide an official document (letter) indicating the dates of the study period. Please contact the Office of doctoral studies (BED) via e-mail in case of further questions. |

| For BA/MA graduates: Please contact Ms Delphine Borbiconi via e-mail.
For PhD graduates: Please contact the Office of doctoral studies (BED) via e-mail. We will check your request, and a new diploma will be issued in case of an error. Please note that this can take up to one month. |
| I lost my diploma. How can I get a new one? |
| For BA/MA graduates: If you have lost your diploma, please write to Ms Delphine Borbiconi. A statement will be issued to you.
