PhD student in the Integrative Cell Signalling group (Skupin Lab)

Susan Ghaderi’s research areas involve computational biology with interst to large- and huge-scale optimisation  problems arising in system biology.  In 2013, she received a Master in Applied Mathematics (Optimisation). She has been collaborating in the research project DOE project. She is currently working on the mathematical properties of the stoichiometric matrix and hypergraph decomposition of biochemical networks.
