Sunscreen: a small but important difference.

During this training, you will have the opportunity to answer questions such as “how can we make sunscreen?” or “how does it work?”, and to discover the brand-new physics workshop of the Scienteens Lab.
The training revolves around the physics and chemistry of sunscreen and covers the following topics: optics, wave optics, transmission measurement, interference, spectrometry, environmental aspects.
After a brief introduction to the topic, you will learn how to make sunscreen yourself and to build a spectrometer during a hands-on workshop. A discussion about the results and the methodology will conclude the training.
