Bonn Kleiford Seranilla joined the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) as a full-time PhD student in October 2019.
Bonn Kleiford holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Optimisation of Supply Chains and Transport (MOST) from IMT Atlantique (formerly École des Mines de Nantes) in Nantes, France, where his Master Thesis focused on the Optimal Planning and Operational Strategy for Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power (CCHP) Systems.
He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines where he proceeded to become a University Instructor / Lecturer for 2 years teaching Introductory Operations Research, Human Factors and Ergonomics, and Methods Engineering among others. He has also supervised multiple undergraduate theses.
In addition to his academic involvements, Bonn Kleiford also worked as a consultant for multiple industrial projects mainly focusing on work measurement and design.
Bonn Kleiford’s research focuses on ‘Multi-stage Stochastic Optimisation in Operations Management’ and is supervised by Prof. Nils Löhndorf.
He is currently exploring on stochastic dual dynamic integer programming and its application on energy.
