Philipp Sischka is a research scientist at the University of Luxembourg working in the Department of Behavioural and Cognitive Sciences within the Institute for Health and Behaviour (Research Group Health Promotion and Aggression Prevention, Prof. Dr. Georges Steffgen).
He received his Diploma in Sociology from the University of Trier in 2011 and his Ph.D in psychology (thesis title: “Workplace bullying: Validation of a measurement and the role of competition, passive avoidant leadership style, psychological contract violation and basic need frustration”) from the University of Luxembourg in 2018.
