Thesis title: Essays on Talent Management
Supervisor: Mickael Geraudel
Ksenia started her PhD studies at the University of Luxembourg in 2018 with the project funded by SIRIUS Chair and Toulouse Business School. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in Anthropology both from Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2017 she got a Master in International Business from the Higher School of Economics where, as an ERASMUS student, she spent an exchange semester in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation program at the University of Luxembourg. In 2019, Ksenia was awarded a scholarship from the U.S. government and participated in the program on leadership at the Georgetown University. Ksenia also has experience working at Impact Hub Moscow and PwC Luxembourg.
Her hobbies: playing the piano and classical music, reading autobiographies and diaries, art, swimming and hiking
