Gemma is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Luxembourg. She holds a Master in Specialized Economic Analysis (International trade, finance and development) from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (BGSE). Before coming to Luxembourg, she worked as a research assistant at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
She is interested in development economics, health economics, labor economics, political economy and applied econometrics. Her current research focuses on resilience and its effects on individual well-being and behaviors.
