Sabrina Sattler is a doctoral researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for Educational Testing (LUCET) working on the topic “Curriculumentwicklung in mehrsprachigen Gesellschaften am Beispiel von Luxemburg” (Curriculum Development in Multilingual Societies: the example of Luxembourg). This study takes the development of curricula for the three official languages of Luxembourg (French, German, Luxembourgish) and examines the way in which specific ideas of a national linguistic identity have evolved in the course of history, and the extent to which they act as the basis for debates on language policy.
