I am a social worker and a statistician interested in health inequalities among young people. Other research interests include structural equation modeling, machine learning and research on organizations.

Since June 2019, I am working on the Youth Report 2020 within the Research Unit INSIDE. I investigate the causes of health inequalities among young people in Europe. Furthermore, I analyze whether health outcomes have changed over the past years. For the report, I use several data sources like the European Survey of Income and Living Conditions or registry data from the public health insurance agency.

Prior to joining the University of Luxembourg, I obtained a M.A. in Social Work and a M.Sc. in Statistics from the University of Leuven. My first Master Thesis focused on Leadership in Public Child Protection. In the second one, I investigated whether neoliberal shifts in social work affect occupational Burnout.
