We are interested in understanding higher-order cognitive processes and their development

Our research focus lies on numeracy and its (typical and atypical) development

We are using:
– behavioural methods
– EEG and fMRI approaches (in collaboration with the UCL in Brussels and the UniMaas in Maastricht)

to study higher-order cognition in different age groups composed of:

• Healthy participants
• Persons with learning difficulties
• Persons with brain lesion (in collaboration with the REHAZenter)
