Jeroen van Wier received his Master's degree from the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (University of Amsterdam), in 2018. His research interests are in quantum cryptography, focusing on abstract security definitions for quantum encryption schemes. Jeroen joined the Applied Security and Information Assurance group, APSIA, headed by Prof. Peter Y.A. Ryan and he will be advised by Dr. Peter Rønne.
