MAI Xuan Phu is a PhD candidate at the SVV Lab. His supervisors are Prof. Lionel Briand and Dr. Lwin Khin Shar. He started his PhD in September 2016 on the topic “Requirements-based Security and Privacy Testing of Gamified Applications”. Xuan Phu’s research interests lie in security requirement engineering, security testing, privacy and mobile security. His doctoral work focuses primarily on addressing the security and privacy issues of EDLAH2 applications by using requirements modeling techniques and requirements-based testing augmented with program analysis. This is a part the European project for providing Enhanced Daily Living And Health of older adults (EDLAH2) using gamified applications. Xuan Phu received a research Master’s degree in Networks in 2011 from the University of Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (France) and a Bachelor degree in Information Technology in 2007 from Ho Chi Minh City University of Sciences (Vietnam). Prior to joining the SVV lab, he was working as a lecturer at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
