Bachelor-, Master Student

Our rooms are exclusively reserved for full-time bachelor-, master students of the University of Luxembourg.

When ?

  • If you are a student enrolled at the University of Luxembourg, you can at any moment make request for accommodation;
  • In case no rooms are available, your request shall be placed on a waiting list for the on-going semester;
  • At the end of the semester, you will need to renew your request for accommodation for the next semester.

SEVE Accommodation will communicate with you mainly by email. Check regularly the email address attributed to you by the University of Luxembourg, when you enrolled  firstname.lastname.index@student.uni.lu.

About the lease

  • The rental unit is the month;
  • The lease starts on the 1st or the 16th of the month.

The lease can only be cancelled after it has been performed for two complete months.

Length of the lease agreement

  • A lease is signed for a period of 5 months, corresponding to the winter semester: 1st September – 31st January / 16th September – 15th  February
  • A lease is signed for a period of 7 months, corresponding to the summer semester: 1st February – 31st August / 16th February – 15th September

End of the lease agreement

The lease agreement will automatically end in its own right at the end of the studies, i.e. when the student status has come to an end.

Lease and key

The lease may be signed and the keys handed on three conditions:

  • You have registered with SEVE admission office, i.e. you have been issued your student card.
  • You have confirmed the reservation of the room by paying the guarantee deposit.
  • You have provided SEVE Accommodation with a certificate of your home insurance.
