The University offers different types of furnished accommodation:
SINGLE ROOM
- Type 1. Shared bathroom and kitchen: average surface: 15 m2
- Type 2. Private bathroom, shared kitchen: average surface:19 m2
STUDIO APARTMENT
- Type 3. Single: average surface: 24 m2
- Type 4. Double (only for a couple): average surface: 35 m2
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT-WITH ONE BEDROOM
- Type 5. (only for a couple): average surface: 44 m2
All charges are included: water, gas, electricity, heating, Internet

The University of Luxembourg disposes of 32 residences situated in the following locations.
Depending on availability, SEVE Housing allocates rooms, trying to take into account the study programme and the place of study.
