What is Campus Well-Being?

We all need a break sometimes: we hope that the activities offered in our Well-Being programme will give you the opportunity to treat yourself with a well-deserved moment for you.

 

How to register?

You will receive an e-mail on your "@student.uni.lu" or "@uni.lu" address in the first week of classes of each semester in order to register to one or several activities.

The platform Affluences is used for weekly registrations, which will allow you to register one week before each class.

The programme for this summer semester 2023

The programme will run from March 6, 2023 to June 23, 2023. There will be a break from Aoril 3, 2023 to April 10, 2023; no sessions on public holidays.

CHANGES:

- no "Mindful Moments" session on 24 April.

- "Mindfulness and personal well-being" is exclusively online as of May 10!
