Procedure to be followed in the event of an accident:

  • If the accident occurs on campus, call the University’s Security PC, regardless of the campus, at the internal emergency telephone number (00352) 46 66 44 55 55
  •  Complete the accident notification attached and send it to the admission office (SEVE office). Contact: Student Service Portal (enter the Administration tab and click Declaration of Accident)
  • After verification and signature, the admissions department will forward the declaration to the AAA (Accident Insurance Association) and an electronic copy will be sent to the student.
  • A few days after sending the declaration to the AAA, we advise you to obtain your file number directly from them via:

The AAA will then be able to explain to you the concrete steps to be taken regarding the reimbursement of potential expenses.
