Enrolment documents

Bachelor

By way of example, the following documents must usually be attached to an application for admission for the Bachelor’s degree:

  • 1 identity photo
  • 1 copy of the identity card or passport
  • 1 copy of the certificate of health insurance dated of the current month 
  • 1 copy of the secondary school leaver’s certificate (Attention: for non EU: see eligibility criteria Bachelor and Master)
  • 1 copy of the equivalence for secondary school leaver’s certificate that are not from Luxembourg (see Diploma recognition)
  • 1 copy of the translation of the diploma if it is in a language other than English, French or German
  • 1 copy of the detailed transcript of the secondary school leaver’s certificate (Attention: for non EU students, the copy of your school leaver's certificate has to come directly from the Ministry of National Education from your country)
  • 1 copy of results obtained in previous semesters.
  • 1 certificate of language for all teaching languages of the course

As soon as your application for admission on-line has been approved, a page will be displayed on the screen indicating precisely which documents must be attached to your application file in accordance with the pre-selected degree program.

Master

By way of example, the following documents must usually be attached to an application for admission for the Master’s degree:

  • 1 identity photo
  • 1 copy of the identity card or passport
  • 1 copy of the european health insurance card (both sided)
  • 1 copy of the university degree (Attention: for non EU students : see eligibility criteria)
  • 1 copy of the translation of the diploma if it is in a language other than English, French or German
  • 1 detailed transcript of all the grades obtained for the highest degree(Attention: for non EU students, the copy of the transcript of marks has to come directly from your university)
  • 1 certified true copy of the recognition or accreditation of the highest degree earned-only if you obtained your degree in a member state of the European Union or if you are resident in Luxembourg.
  • 1 covering letter (explaining why you are interested in the field or course you apply for, detailing your career goals, etc).
  • 1 detailed curriculum vitae
  • The complete coordinates of two reference persons
  • 1 letter of recommendation
  • 1 certificate of language for all teaching languages of the course
